About.

I began in pure numbers, with a BSc in Mathematics and an MPhil in Applied Mathematics at KNUST, before discovering that the most interesting equations sit inside organisations: how goods move, how firms grow responsibly, and how Africa's supply chains can compete globally without costing the planet.

A PhD in Operations and Supply Chain Management at the University of the Witwatersrand sharpened that focus. Today I lead the Business Administration Department and the MBA Programme at Ashesi University, publish in leading Q1 journals on circular economy and sustainable operations, and work as a supply chain, sustainability and monitoring & evaluation consultant to governments, embassies, and enterprises across Ghana and West Africa on strategy, value chains, and evaluation.

My conviction is simple: rigorous research should leave the library. Every consulting engagement I take is grounded in evidence; every paper I write is aimed at real-world impact across Africa.

Expertise

Where research meets the supply chain.

Three disciplines, one practice: turning data into decisions, decisions into resilient operations, and operations into supply chains that hold up for the long run.

Data Analytics

Turning raw data into policy-grade decisions with PLS-SEM, fsQCA, DEMATEL and MCDM modelling.

Operations

Designing resilient, high-performing operations for manufacturing, retail, agri-food and healthcare.

Sustainable Supply Chain Management

Circular economy and NetZero-aligned supply chains that perform for the balance sheet and the planet.

Consultancy

Evidence-driven advisory, measurable outcomes.

As a supply chain and sustainability consultant working across Ghana, West Africa and the wider continent, I work with governments, development partners, universities and enterprises on operations, circular economy and evaluation challenges, bringing the same analytical rigour that earns Q1 journal publications to every engagement.
